Lectureship& PDRAs*
PDRA positions will be available in the near future and will be advertised here.

** A Fixed Term Lectureship in Organic Chemistry (3 years) is available in the group (closing date for applications is August 5th 2022). "We seek to make the fixed term appointment of an outstanding scientist to support the research of Prof David Procter. You will also be expected to contribute enthusiastically to teaching and management while carrying out research in collaboration with Prof Procter. We are seeking an outstanding scientist with broad research interests, encompassing radical chemistry, catalysis, and organosulfur chemistry, and who has a passion for teaching organic chemistry. The post will suit candidates who wish to pursue an independent academic career in the future."

If you have a PhD and wish to apply for a Fellowship to join the group, we would be happy to help. Send us a copy of your CV and we will advise you on how to find funding.
We have been successful in applying for Marie-Curie and Royal Society Newton and India Fellowships.
  Visitors
If you have a PhD and a good CV, and would like to carry out a period of research in the group please contact us. We may be able to provide bench space and a consumables allowance.
  Students
If you are a hard-working and talented student and you would like to carry out a placement in our laboratory please contact us.
