Funding: China Scholar Council Program, the Natural Science Foundation of China.
Biography: My research interest lies in the development of efficient methods for C-H bond functionalization in heterocyclic systems, including using metal-free conditions, and the use of multi-component reactions to synthesize heterocyclic molecules. My new synthetic technologies focus on metal-free processes, photocatalysis, and organosulfur chemistry. As a visiting scholar in the Procter group, I am working on new photocatalytic, metal-free formation of C-C bond.
