Biography: Originally from Woking, Surrey, I obtained my undergraduate degree at the University of Manchester, undertaking an industrial placement in medicinal chemistry at Roche in Basel, Switzerland. My final year project, conducted in the Trowbridge group, was on the development of synthetic methodologies using photoredox catalysis. I joined the iCAT CDT in September 2023 and, after conducting rotations in the Procter and Greaney groups, have returned to the Procter group to conduct my PhD in sulfonium salt-mediated cross-couplings. Outside the lab I enjoy dancing, baking and travelling.
